PaixCo was founded by Monique Blair-Brown in 2015.

Monique begun her career in Finance and Human Resources more than 20 years ago.

She obtained her diploma in Financial Accounting after she left school.  With a head for number and a genuine love for people she naturally veered into human resources while working in finance.

It was then that she made the decision to further her studies to include Psychology, where she obtained her Honours Degree in Psychology through The University of South Africa.

Her passion for psychology has resulted in her opening a counselling practice where she works as a registered counsellor.  

Monique offers counselling and coaching for businesses, individuals and families.  

Monique adopts a Person Centered Approach to her counselling sessions adapting her style and focusing on the needs of the individual she is counselling. 

She counsels from her offices in the Durbanville area. She offers mobile services those who prefer to meet in their offices.
